The semi-finals for the IDEA Youth Forum 2011 are under way - and its an all USA-Lithuania affair. Team USA from Hunter College High School in New York is competing against Lithuania 2 in the first semi-final. In the other semi-final, the team from the Academy of Higher Learning in California is competing against Lithuania 1. They are debating - Should a Government prioritise visa applications from applicants who have similar cultural backgrounds to its own?
