IDEA UK is looking to appoint a Programmes Coordinator to deliver the organisation's programmes in the UK. The role includes:
- Programme development and continuous improvement of IDEA UK including the development of Schemes of Work and Lesson Plans to support core-training programme.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with a wide range of referral agencies including community groups working with marginalised or disadvantaged groups.
- Support new business development to further enhance the programme and ensure sustainability.
- Deliver Train the Trainer workshops and Debate Workshops to our target groups.
