1. they've rejected the minute of silence even tough all the "MORAL countries" have asked them to...
2. the pure Lebanon's athletes couldn't stand sharing the same training facility with those "dirty" Jews... of course the IOC did not reject their crazy request of putting a curtain in the middle of the floor...
3. a country that treats women like a house-animal (Saudi Arabia) threatened to boycott the games unless it's female athletes will compete while wearing a curtain on their face... the IOC didn't reject this request as well...

so I think that there were already a couple of incidents showing a clear tendency of being a puppy committee of the Arab world...
(not referring to drug abuse in the Olympics and etc)
