Youth Forum: Ricardo talks about the IND

Tony interviews Ricardo Viramontes, one of the participants of the International New Debaters track.

Ricardo, who graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Leon, has never had any debating experience before. He is very excited about learning a new skill, but even more excited about the international and diverse environment of the forum and meeting people from far away places.
