WUDC 2014 Bids

As you are probably aware there are two bidders to host Worlds in 2014. Chulalongkorn University (Thailand) and Rajalakshmi Engineering College (India).

From 20 May until 3 June, 2012, the respective bidders will monitor and respond to questions about their proposals on the Worlds Forum (http://wudc.freeforums.org). Regional and National representatives, as well as any other interested parties, are encouraged participate in the discussion.
From 4 June until 7 June, 2012, the Registrar will conduct a vote to determine the winning bid. Per Article 15, each National Representative will be allowed cast a ballot.
By 10 June, 2012, the Executive will tally the votes and announce the results via email to the prospective hosts and the Regional and National Representatives.
