MMU UADC: Final announcements
Submitted by Colm Flynn on 15 May 2012
Dear Asian debate community,
It's only 8 days to MMU UADC 2012 and we are very excited to have you all
here in Malaysia. We have a few important announcements to make before
UADC.
1. If institution managers have not logged into their respective
institution accounts on the FastRego system and begin filling in
participant details, please do so immediately. This information is crucial
for the tab, for us to provide for special dietary needs, arrival/departure
information and to accommodate for roommate preferences.
2. Please check the FastRego account and check if your institution's
registration details are correct and updated. If you have any issues,
please send an email to registration@mmuuadc2012.org immediately and alert
us of the issue.
3. We will not be providing shuttle buses from the airport (LCCT or KLIA)
to the hotel on 23 May 2012 or 24 May 2012. There will however be runners
with signs stating "MMU UADC 2012" from 10am to 8pm at KLIA and LCCT to
guide you to the taxi stand/train station. We have provided a detailed
guide on how to get to the hotel on the website. The guide is available at
http://mmuuadc2012.org/node/18
4. We advise all participants to bring an umbrella with you as the weather
is very unpredictable and it might rain heavily on certain days.
See you all very soon!
