Chennai Worlds 2014 - Registration Requests
Submitted by Colm Flynn on 24 May 2013
We want to thank you all for your interest in Chennai Worlds. During the period when registration was open, we had 477 unique institutions register over 900 teams from 78 countries. The volume of registrations is why some institutions experienced a delay in receiving a confirmation email, and we apologize for that inconvenience.
Over the next few days, we will be allocating teams in accordance with our registration policy (http://chennaiworlds.com/registration-policy/). In order to ensure that the allocation proceeds correctly, we have posted the initial data from registration (see link below). Many institutions registered multiple times, with multiple representatives listed as their "contact" and with different values for the number of teams/judges/observers requested. If you have registered, we strongly recommend that you check your entry and make sure it is correct:
In particular, we still need contact information from several teams. If your institution name is highlighted and you have yet to be contact by the Chennai Worlds registration team, please send us an email at email@example.com. An explanation of the colour coding is including on the second page of the spreadsheet. Similarly, if you have reason to believe an institution listed is ineligible to participate or is a duplicate of an existing institution please contact us.
As always if you have any other questions please get in touch with either of us.
