Emocionante oportunidad para adquirir experiencia laboral en una organización no-lucrativa reconocida por el Estado guatemalteco para desarrollar todo tipo de labores sociales, jurídicas y humanitarias dentro del marco de desarrollo de las comunidades del Departamento de Quetzaltenango. Ambiente familiar e intercultural combinando el trabajo entre la escuela de español y los proyectos comunitarios.
PUESTO: Asistente de Coordinación Internacional en Guatemala
FUNCIONES:
• Promover y actualizar la página Web de INEPAS.
• Promover el Departamento de Idioma Español en universidades, colegios y organizaciones extranjeras.
• Proponer y elaborar proyectos innovadores para el fortalecimiento de la institución.
• Trabajar en las diferentes actividades en apoyo a la Coordinación general acorde a las orientaciones recibidas de la Directora de la Institución, entre otras.
REQUISITOS:
• Tiempo mínimo de 6 a 12 meses
• Idioma: ingles y español (hablado y escrito perfectamente)
• Conocimiento y manejo de Microsoft office 2000, internet, etc.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar inmediatamente
• Capacidad de negociación y manejo de ONGs
• Habilidades de comunicación y coordinación de equipo de trabajo
• Experiencia en publicidad y mercadeo

Exciting Opportunity to Acquire work experience in a non-profit organization recognized by the Guatemalan state for development in all types of social, judicial and humanitarian work in the name of the development of the rural communities of Quetzaltenango.

Since its foundation, INEPAS has received many volunteers from all over the world. The support they have given to INEPAS and to the communities of Quetzaltenango has contributed significantly to the success and development of each social aid program.

Functions:
• Promotes the Department of the Spanish Language in foreign Universities, Colleges and organizations.
• Promotes and maintains the web pages of INEPAS
• Proposes innovative projects to strengthen and improve the organization
• Works on various tasks in support of the international co-ordination in collaboration with the General Co-ordinator
Requirements:
• Minimum time: 6 to 12 months.
• Language: English and Spanish (spoken and written fluently)
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 2000, Internet, and other office computing tasks.
• Availability to work immediately.
• Capacity for negotiation.
• Good communication abilities and co-ordination of office equipment.
• Experience in publicity and marketing.
